Terms & Conditions

Transparent and fair. Everything you need to know before renting.

1. Renter Requirements & Documents
  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Valid passport (original)
  • Valid driving license (minimum 1 year of experience)
  • International driving permit recommended for non-CIS citizens
  • The renter must be the driver listed in the contract
  • Additional drivers can be added for a fee
2. Payment & Deposit
  • Payment: cash (AZN, USD, EUR) or bank transfer
  • Full rental amount paid at pickup
  • Security deposit: 200–1000 AZN depending on vehicle class
  • Deposit returned in full upon clean return with no damage
  • Fuel: car delivered with full tank, must be returned full
3. Rental Duration & Return
  • Minimum rental: 1 day (24 hours)
  • Late return: grace period of 1 hour, then charged per hour
  • Extensions must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance
  • Car must be returned in the same condition as received
  • Return location: office or delivery point (by arrangement)
4. Fines & Damage
  • Traffic fines are the renter's responsibility
  • Damage not covered by insurance is charged to the renter
  • Smoking in the car: 100 AZN cleaning fee
  • Lost keys: replacement cost charged to renter
  • Pre-existing damage documented at pickup
5. Insurance & Accidents
  • Basic insurance (OSAGO) included in rental price
  • Full coverage (KASKO) available for additional fee
  • In case of accident: contact police and Millicars immediately
  • Do not leave the scene without filing a police report
  • Renter liable for deductible amount per insurance terms
6. Contract Termination & Disputes
  • Early return: no refund for unused days
  • Millicars may terminate contract for misuse of vehicle
  • Prohibited: unauthorized travel outside Azerbaijan, sub-rental
  • Disputes resolved through negotiation or court
  • Contract subject to laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan
